Shipping Fufillment/Refunds Policy

Orders are handled by Hoshizora Lone.

By purchasing either CD tier, you acknowledge the earliest you'll receive your order will be July 2024. This is because manufacturing the CDs takes time, and we will be shipping them out ourselves from New York.
Estimated delivery time for US & Puerto Rico once orders have been marked as shipped is 2-8 business days. All deliveries outside of mainland United States will take 2-4 weeks.

REGARDING REFUNDS
If you receive your order in the mail and the goods are damaged:
- Please use our contact form on our BigCartel page to let us know as soon as possible. When contacting us, give us your order number (on your receipt from BigCartel) and your full name.
- We will get back to you and ask for pictures of the damaged goods.
- Once you send these pictures to us, a refund will be processed.

Refunds are available up to 120 days after initial purchase if purchased through Stripe, 180 days if through PayPal. Again, please contact us via our contact form to initiate the refund process.
